1) Contact Template
Get it here CSV format.

1.1) Make a copy of your own

 

 

2) Caption
Prepare your campaign message ahead so you can even conduct campaign using your mobile phone.

Short code/ formula as follow:

• %name% = receiver’s name shown in your csv file
• %tag1% = personalize content such as ticket number (optional)

3) Account Manager
Connect your Whatsapp account here.

Note: Do not use your personal/ important whatsapp account to do this.

• (A) = To create/ link your whatsapp account/ link a device (scan QR code).
• (B) = To remove the account.

4) Contact Group
Using the contact template you’ve download from item 1, now you may create different groups like ‘KL Customer’, or ‘New Prospects’ according to your need.

Note: To secure your whatsapp account, we’ve set a default maximum cap of contact for each group you can upload.

5) Chatbot
In order to start using Chatbot, you will need to connect/ add your Whatsapp profile.
